Meet The Founder

Simon Geraghty is an expert in growing consumer brands, an experienced P&L owner, strategist, and an award-winning marketer. He has unique perspective shaped by a global career that has taken him from start-up to €1B+ brands. His expertise spans multiple industries including FMCG, health & wellness, beauty, fashion, OTC, and consumer technology.

Simon has served as Vice President of Portfolio Strategy for Unilever’s global portfolio of prestige beauty brands. Previously, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Kate Somerville, a renowned Los Angeles beauty brand.

His journey also includes significant roles across multiple brands at Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for global strategy, innovation, P&L ownership for a $300MM+ OTC division, led consumer technology, and held various marketing and brand management roles.

He has also bootstrapped a luxury fashion start-up to $20MM and developed and sold a spin-off brand to a publicly traded retailer.

Simon acts as an Enterprise Ireland Business Mentor and part-time lecturer in business and digital marketing at Technical University of the Shannon. He holds an MBA from UCLA, an MS in Multimedia from UCC, and a BA from Trinity College Dublin.
